    I train for powerlifting just because I know I don't have the genetics to be a bodybuilder. All of the drugs and the best nutrition in the world isn't going to make me a bodybuilder. Some guys have to the genetics to be both and I am not one of them.

      have competed in both and have found that powerlifting workouts pack on the mass faster than anything else, at least for me. Love heavy squats & deads. nothing packs on mass faster than deads
