Here's footage of BIG's Shawn Frankl, 198, training for the August 22-24 IPA Power Station Pro-Am in Sharonville, Ohio. Frankl will be vying for Best Lightweight Lifter honors against the likes of Brian Schwab, Sergiy Naleykin, and Jason Coker. In the video, Frankl works up to an 875 pound bench press to a one board.
