So im starting to train for maximal bench effort and see what i can do. IM shooting for a 700 bench by the end of the year with a shirt and everything. Im wondering if anyone can get me a good deal on a shirt. i have never used one before and need to start shirt training. Now i know most of you are probably like 700 my ass but i have repped in the 500's raw and was right at a 600 raw bench before. It's a lofty goal but you gotta set your sights high or you will only be mediocre

You lookin for single or douple ply? Any particular brand? What size you need?

im looking for a double ply and im not really sure what size i need i can take measurements if need be as far as brands go im just looking for a good shirt that won't break the bank

Hit me with your measurements and I'll see if I can find a good one for ya. I need: chest measurement (torso only), around the shoulders, and upper arms. Does it make a difference to ya if it's denim or poly?
If I'm not able to find ya one at a good price, you can check out elitefts.com and Inzer.net. Elitefts carries Metal and, imo, they're some of the best shirts around. They cost a bit more but it's a **** good shirt and Dave's people are among the best at customer service.

ok give me a day or two and ill hit you with my measurements i don't really care if it's denim or poly im just looking for something that i can train with and learn and use in my first ever comp.

51 around chest 59 around chest and shoulder and 18.5 around upper arm

Been lookin dude, but haven't found jack in your size that's used. If cost isn't a big factor, try elitefts.com. Inzer is a little cheaper but IMO, their customer service sucks ass. Their site is inzernet.com. If ya need any more help with this hollar at me sorry I could'nt find ya anything used cheaper.

Hey kits, there was a super duper Phenom double ply on fortified iron for sale, I think it was either a 60 or 58, cant remember. Same shirt the kenelly wears. Might be too much of a shirt for him to start out with though, and they have to be super tight. I will ask Siders tonight if he as any custom shirts he wants to get rid of.
