    im basically doing a 4day split.

    chest/tri
    back/bi
    shoulders
    legs
    off

    chest
    back
    legs
    bi/tri/shoulders
    off.


    i love to mix things up.

        pretty much the same here, but my dum**** quit doing legs a few months back. and, becouse i'm not running around all day at auction like i used to, my legs are back to looking like a 12yr old girls legs! i just use leg days to hit another part a second time...usually high rep chest or shoulders.....i gotta get back to legs!

          Here's my basic template:
          Mon. squat variations and assisstance work
          Tues. bench and biceps
          Wed. off
          Thurs. Deadlift and back
          Fri. triceps and shoulders
          On the weekends or if I feel up to it during the week I'll do some strongman type training like tire flips, farmers walk, sled dragging, sledge hammer training and some restoration/prehab work.
