    Raw in the gym?
    Bench 335lb
    Squat 435lb
    Dead 500lb

    Competition
    Bench 315
    squat 405
    dead 460

    this is at 198-200lb

    At 176lbs, the best I've done is
    bench: 325lbs
    squat: 405lbs
    deadlift: 415lbs.
    NO PAIN, NO GAIN

      My best raw lifts are:
      Squat 555 (no wraps just belt)
      Bench 405 (wrist wraps) 515 w/shirt
      Dead 655 (belt only)
      These were all done when I was between 195 and 200.

        Well at my best (about 1.5 years ago)these are aproximates as I wrote the numbers down in my training journal at the time and am too lazy to go dig it up right now! lol
        Bench 480
        Deadlifts 660
        Squats 650

        I also weighed only 220lbs at that time and used to train with guys who weighed near the 300 lb range and usually beat them in all my lifts!

          Oh and all lifts were raw, I used wrist straps for deadlifts, wrapped my wrists for bench and wore neoprene knee coverings for squats, always wanted to try a bench shirt but I am a bodybuilder so could not justify buying one.

            bench 385
            squat 400ish
            deads 400ish also
            my back is not in the best condition, a couple herniated discs, so squats and deads are not my strong point...i always go low weight on them...i know it is a sad # but i cant afford to be tied up out of work,lol

              In a raw meet at about 205lbs I hit:

              402 Bench
              585 Dead
              188 Curl

              NASA did not do raw squats then in powersports, only assisted.

                no where near any of those....

                i cant even remember the last time i maxed on bench... or even did a regular bench. Most of my work is on the smith machine these days.
