Here's video of Arthur "Superman" Jones benching a raw 600 pounds in training at a bodyweight of 253 pounds. If Jones can make it official, he'd be among the lightest to ever break the 600 pound barrier, joining Rock Lewis, Mike MacDonald and Jeremy Hoornstra.
