hey guys, i hope you're enjoying the summer, I work out everyday and i use Dballs, I just started basically, and i have a belly, a small one, everyday i work out and i take one day off a week, see i'm trying to gain wieght, and today i ran for a while after my shoulder workouts.
is runing after a workout good or bad since i'm trying to lose wieght?
i don't want to have a double chin, that's why, i'm trying to lose the water retention or fat, but, i'm using dball???
