    Cleans...not alot of this going on in gyms why?

    I don't know. It's a great upper back exercise. I throw em in from time to time, mostly power cleans not the true olympic style.

      Im not 100% sure if I'm calling these right but I do what i call the clean and jerks, holding the bar like you would at the beginning of a shrug,hoisting it to shoulder then, shoulder pressing it up.

      I did a couple sets from the floor all the way up last night, need a little work on my form but I'm sore as hell this morning!

          The way you do them, is too much on my rotators for me. Now, the version I'm used to is where you start off in the deadlift position and in one quick move you stand up and bring the bar to your chest as if you were about to press it. However, that too stresses out my rotators when it's in the up position.
          I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

            so you stop at your chest? the variation you do doesn't get pressed too? Whats that called? just curious
