He rocked the 600 bench this weekend. He said he missed 622 but considering his forearm issues that popped up shortly before the meet I think it's safe to say he'll hit it and them some by his next meet. Pics and vids as soon as he gets them.

Thanks for posting this up, Chris. 600 was my goal, and that's what I got. The 622 would have been sweet, but I know it's there in the near future.
