For 2007. Bodyweight and lifts. I plan on hitting a 550+ bench in the 181 class, a 700+ squat and a 650+ dead.

Oh yeah, I forgot my goals, lol....
Well, I definatley have to lean down, being in the 230's and 240's ain't going to cut it anymore. So, I'm going to aim for 210. I also have to make conditioning a bigger part of my program. So, my regime is going to be, 30 minutes of cardio with 40 minutes of weighs and use a combo of compound moves and core stability moves to get a good well rounded program. The last thing I want to do is tear my Achilles again. Phuk that! This is been the biggest side step I've ever had in training.

Squat - 1000
Bench - 800
Dead - 800
Total: 2500
I'd like to hit each some time this year. Right now the most probable one of the 3 is a toss up. And, as a SHW, I'd like to do all these in the weight range of about 330-350lbs. I don't think I ever wanna see 370+ again.

Sheeesh some big boys around here. Great goals. My goals are to be lean/cut at 230-240 lbs. I really dont care how much I lift just care about what I look like. When I start lifting really heavy I get a lot of backaches being 6'4" and having had about 12 car accidents from my younger days.

lots of powerlifters here huh. Im 226 this morning and 5ft8. Not shure on BF%. Have my goal set to compete again in 07. would love to be ripped at 198 and be a light heavy. Havent competed since 98 and tore the cartlidge on my knee cap after that show while training.I think I will be right there. All the NPC shows are not listed yet on the site for 07 so I am still shopping for the show to do. When I competed in 98 I was middle weight at 176. Too tall for that class but light heavy or heavy would be good. Ill keep ya posted guys.
