        Re: What's the most

So far, the day I benched 705. Followed closely that same day by totalling Elite. When I squat 1000 that may come very close.

Lol @ Fuzo! For me it's a toss up between my first 500 raw squat and my first 500+ bench.

                    Re: What's the most

When I squated and pulled 600. Both took place in HS so I wasn't using anything but a belt and chaulk. In some regards I wish I would have stuck with it because I remember even out of HS I would squat 495 for like 6-8 reps with good form. Then, I just got away from lifting for a while (about 2 years) and when I went back I lost all desire to get back up to those weights. The only thing I push heavy is leg press and before my Achilles tear I was doint 1,200 for about 15 reps. That exercise has always been an easy one for me. I even remember in HS putting on like 900 and doing 10 reps. Oh yeah, when I did all this in HS I only weighed about 185 pounds. I was a strong little bastard in HS. The most rewarding part I think was they way the weight room was set up. You were grouped in fours by your strength. By the end of my Sophmore year I was up with all the seniors in 'over all' strength and by the end of my junior year, I was in the top group. I can't remember what my combo maxes were but I rememer there was only like two guys in the whole school with higher combos and both of them were about 50 to 75 pounds heavier than I was. So, pound for pound, I think I was one of the strongest guys in my HS. That was really satisfying.

A 600 lb squat at 185 in High School? Smells like bullshit to me.

                            Blow me!

I don't lie about anything I've ever done. I've always been strong in the legs. That's just the way it is. I might have been a little heavier but not much because I only wieghed 190 when I graduated. I did it during my senior year. Trust me bro, I've got better things to do than BS people. I'm not even into powerlfiting so why would I want to lie about it. You need to ask around about what kind of person I am and see if I'm the type to just bullshit people for know reason. I don't do anything or say anything to get people's approval. I could care less what anyone thinks. So, why would I lie about something I did in a thread about personal accomplishments? I certainly have nothing to gain from it. I can't help the fact I've always had strong legs. But it certainly doesn't give you the right to call me a liar. What, you think no one that weighs around 185 can squat 600 pounds. LOL Or, is it that you couldn't so there's no way I couldn't. I knew a guy in my HS that could bench 450 and not that bullshit bounce crap either, a good honest pause on the chest press and he weighed in the mid to upper 200's. There are guys who can bench 1,000 lbs practically but I can't squat 600. What kind of crap is that.

Wait a minute...I should tell you, because you are new here and all and probably haven't heard me mention this before, I used aas in HS. When I walked into 9th grade I was 5'10" and 140 lbs, when I walked out I was that same height and about 190. That's 50 pounds of muscle I added, and when I graduated I was about 9 - 10% BF so I wasn't fat by any means. I used prop, cyp, suspension and drol. So, based on that newly found information, you still think I'm a liar?
