  • 8 week cycle

    heres my 8 week cycle im going to do for my upcoming meet in march

    bench day
    weeks 1-2 ME/DE Floorpress
    weeks 3-4 ME/DE CGBP
    weeks 5-6 3 ME/DE board board press
    weeks 7 Rack Lock Outs
    week 8 Do set of tripple regular bench

    Squat/DE Days
    week 1 ME Squat
    week 2 ME deads
    week 3 ME Good Morning
    week 4 ME Safety Squat Bar
    week 5 ME Deads
    week 6 ME Box Squat
    Week 7 ME Squat
    Week 8 Me Good Mornings

    will do assistance work according to how i feel that day

    What fed is the meet that you are doing? You going raw or equipped?

            Cool, what weight class are you in now? I don't know when my next meet will be, I have surgery scheduled for Feb 8th so I'll be sidelined for a couple of weeks after that so..... Right now I'm around 185ish and my most recent gym lifts were squat: 600x3 with briefs, bench: 475 (with shirt), dl: 600 raw.

              Damn bro!!!! thats pretty big improvement from what I remember?

              all my lifts are raw and im gonna go in 198 lb class

              probably gonna open with

              260 bench than go 300, than try and hit whatever i feel

              open with 315 squat, than 395, than probably go for mid 4ish... Squats went down after i injured my kne but, they're coming back pretty quickly

              Open with a 315 dead, than go to 385, than prob get a 415 dead

              but who knows im 7 weeks away and im making pretyt good progress so we'll see
