I’m trying to add hack squats to my leg day routine but I’m a bit confused about the correct form and setup. I’ve seen barbell and machine versions, and I’m not sure which one is better. My main question is: How to Do Hack Squats?
I want to target my quads without hurting my knees or back. Should my feet be flat or slightly elevated? Any advice on form, reps, progression, or common mistakes would be really helpful. Appreciate any input from those who’ve mastered this lift.
