    Progressive Overload:
    • Gradually increase the demands placed on your muscles over time. This can be achieved by:
      • Increasing the weight: Lift slightly heavier weights as you get stronger.
      • Increasing the number of repetitions: Perform more repetitions of the same exercise.
      • Increasing the number of sets: Perform more sets of the same exercise.
      • Decreasing rest time: Shorten the rest periods between sets.
