The Ultimate Power Breakfast
More power hitters than the Yankees' batting lineup. And still you can knock this out of the park in less than 5 minutes!
Ingredients

1 egg
1 cup 1 percent milk
3/4 cup plain instant oatmeal
1/2 cup mixed berries
1 tablespoon chopped pecans or sliced almonds
1 teaspoon vanilla whey protein powder
1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
1/2 banana, sliced
1 tablespoon plain yogurt
Directions
1.Whisk everything but the banana and yogurt in a microwavable bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes or until set. Let cool for a minute or two. Top with the banana and yogurt.
