  • need a good granola recipe!

    Lately I've been eating bowls of protein granola with almond milk for breakfast because I'm addicted to the crunch. I bought the store bought kind and its made with soy protein and packed with sugar. I'm looking to make my own with whey and almonds but can't find a decent recipe that's simple. Anybody have anything? I'd prefer it to be crunchy and not bars just to use for breakfast cereal along with my eggs you know? Thanks!

        Caught the flu an haven't had a chance to make this yet as I've been rapidly peeing everything I try to eat (which isn't much) out of my butt. As soon as I'm better I'm Definitely gonna make a batch of this tho an let you know how it turned out!

          Thanks bro I wish I would have read this earlier lol. I'm about 90% better tho. The real kicker is I gotvmy flu shot monday and I was sick on thursday lol. And I'm still recovering from a car accident my wife and I got into a month and a half ago I had fractured 2 ribs and pinky (wife is perfectly fine) so I've been forced to kinda check myself with my workouts I just got cleared to start working out again a few weeks ago by my doc. Then bam flu hits lol. Oh well. I hit the gym up today and felt kinda off but a lot better. Gonna get this granola made soon brother thank you for the advice and recipe!

            Thanks FIST I appreciate it bro. Went and picked up the wheat germ today. I'm leaving out the dates and raisins but gonna attempt this tonight brother!
