If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
This morning I fixed a double portion of oatmeal, I sweetened it with fructose (it has twice the sweetness as sucrose) and sprinkled on a scoop of protein powder.
I love the steel cut oatmeal the best but found "couch's oats" to be pretty good and fast. mix a little flaxseed and pumpkin pie spice top with a little honey and almond milk . good to go....
what i do is.. i put a scoop of whey in it and 2 tbsp of pb and with the dozen eggs minus yolks its the biggest meal i eat all day but its filling....lol
