  • Apple Crisp Protein Smoothie

    Ingredients

    • ½ cup organic, unsweetened apple sauce
    • ¼ cup rolled oats
    • 1 to 2 scoops Vanilla protein
    • ½ cup vanilla yogurt
    • ⅓ to ¾ cup vanilla soy milk (you can also use almond milk or skim milk)
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 2 tsp maple syrup
    • 3 or 4 ice cubes
    Directions

    Throw all ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth. Try adding some parsley, celery or cilantro to intensify the flavor.
    Serves 1.
