Arroz con pollo
Brown rice, chicken breast, one can of diced tomatoes, one onion diced, 2 bell peppers diced, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, olive oil.
Really basic but I was looking for a hearty on the go meal. Protein, carbs, fiber, minimal fat. I'm in love.
