    BBQ Chicken Flatbread

    2 low-carb flatbreads
    6 oz grilled chicken breast, sliced
    4 tbsp Walden Farm's BBQ sauce
    1 cup arugula
    1/2 red onion, sliced and caramelized
    2 oz fat-free shredded mozzarella
    Chopped cilantro

    Directions:
    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    2. Place flatbreads on baking sheet and spray with olive oil spray.
    3. Spread 2 tbsp BBQ sauce on each flatbread.
    4. Layer arugula, caramelized onion, chicken and shredded cheese on each.
    5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are slightly brown.
    6. Top with chopped cilantro and enjoy!

    Baked Yam Fries

    2 yams
     2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
     Sea salt and black pepper

    Directions:
    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
    2. Wash, peel and slice yam into strips.
    3. In a large Ziplock bag, add yam
    fries, coconut oil, and any other spices.
    4. Shake until all fries are coated evenly.
    5. Lay fries on baking sheet in a single layer. 6. Bake for 15 minutes, or until edges are slightly brown.

      Yogurt Basil Spread

      Ingredients:

      1/4 cup plain, fat-free Greek
      yogurt2 tbsp low fat mayonnaise
      1 tbsp minced garlic
      2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
      Salt and pepper, to taste

      Directions
      1. Mix the yogurt, mayo and garlic together until smooth.
      2. Stir in the fresh basil and salt and pepper.
      3. Serve with pieces of low-carb bread or with veggie sticks
