    "The Bomb" Nachos

    1 bag TJ's Ridge Cut Potato Chips w/ Sea Salt
    3-4 medium cloves TJ's Garlic, minced
    1 jar TJ's Alfredo Sauce
    1/2 cup TJ's Shredded Parmesan Cheese
    1/2 cup TJ's Crumbled Blue Cheese
    1/2 cup TJ's Milk

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix together alfredo sauce, Parmesan cheese, garlic and milk. Separate the chips into two large oven safe dishes and add sauce over the top. Gently toss chips with sauce. Top each batch with 1/4 cup of blue cheese. Bake for 7-10 minutes until cheese starts to bubble. Serve immediately!
    Serves: 6 - 8
    Cooking Time: 20 Minutes

    "Kick Off" Nachos

    2 bags TJ's Pita Chips with Sea Salt
    1 Package TJ's Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
    1 tub TJ's Crumbled Feta w/ Mediterranean Herbs
    1/2 cup TJ's Jumbo Pitted Greek Kalamata Olives, chopped
    1/2 cup TJ's Tomatoes, diced
    1/2 cup TJ's Red Onion, diced
    1/2 tub of TJ's Mediterranean Hummus
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread pita chips evenly in a medium oven-safe dish. Add Mexican cheese and feta, then top with tomatoes, onions and olives. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes until cheese starts to melt. Remove chips from oven and add a few dollops of hummus to the top before serving.
    Serves: 5 - 6

      Wild Card" Nachos

      2 bags TJ's Pita Chips with Cinnamon & Sugar
      1 cup TJ's Strawberries, diced
      3 Tbsp TJ's Fudge Sauce, heated
      1 Tub TJ's Mascarpone or Crème Fraîche
      Arrange pita chips on a large serving plate. Scatter strawberries atop chips. Heat fudge sauce according to package instructions and drizzle generously over strawberries. Serve with a side of Mascarpone or Crème Fraîche for dipping.
      Serves: 5 - 6
      Cooking Time: 10 Minutes

        Special Teams" Nachos

        1 package TJ's Trader Potato Tots
        1 package TJ's Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
        1/2 package TJ's Fully Cooked Uncured Bacon, diced
        2-3 fresh TJ's Jalapenos, sliced (or dice up 3-4 to kick up the heat)
        1/2 tub TJ's Sour Cream
        Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium oven safe dish, spread Potato Tots in an even layer. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove dish from oven, flip potatoes and add cheese, bacon and sliced jalapenos. Bake for another 7-10 minutes until cheese starts to bubble. Remove dish from oven, add a hefty scoop of sour cream on the top and serve.
        Serves: 5 - 6
        Cooking Time: 25 - 30 Minutes
