CHEAP recipes please

Im not sure if i should put is in this in section or what but i am pretty much dirt poor right now, im trying to get my diet in check so i need help with recipes that are cheap to make that will make large portions of food. any ideas or help? i love rice chicken steak turkey pretty much everything im looking for both cutting and bulking food so either will do!

not sure if it matters but i chop at costco and publix mainly costco

Cook up a big pot of soup!!! Add cgicken and a bunch of veggies and you can freeze this well. Very nutritious amd lowgat. Also the same thing with chili

speaking of soup anyone have any good hearty soup recipes? i just got a crock pot my girl friend is sick i want to make her something nice and different tonight. any suggestions?

^ it doesnt have to be made in the crock pot i was just saying in case someones recipes involves one. i get off at 3pm its 11am

Yea brother,there are tons of great recipes in the kitchen for you to check out that are affordable to make.Plus most of the recipes I post are for bulk portions so they will give you several meals with one cooking and because of the bulk portions they come out to a very cheap price per serving.
