    Ingredients

    • 2 pounds lean ground beef $Click to see savings

    • 2 tablespoons chili powder
    • 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
    • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
    • 2 (16-oz.) cans diced tomatoes with green pepper and onion
    • 2 (16-oz.) cans small red beans
    • 2 (8-oz.) cans tomato sauce $Click to see savings

    • Toppings: shredded Cheddar cheese, sliced green onions, diced tomatoes $Click to see savings

    Preparation

    1. 1. Brown beef in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat, stirring often, 6 to 8 minutes or until beef crumbles and is no longer pink; drain well. Return beef to Dutch oven; sprinkle with chili powder, Creole seasoning, and cumin, and sauté 1 minute.
    2. 2. Stir in diced tomatoes and next 2 ingredients, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes. Serve with toppings

    Ingredients


    • 1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, softened $Click to see savings

    • 1/3 cup mayonnaise $Click to see savings

    • 1 tablespoon finely chopped canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
    • 2 teaspoons chili powder
    • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
    • 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded colby-Jack cheese blend $Click to see savings

    • 1 (4-oz.) can chopped green chiles
    • 4 green onions, finely chopped $Click to see savings

    • 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced $Click to see savings

    • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro $Click to see savings

    • Garnish: fresh cilantro sprig $Click to see savings

    • Tortilla and sweet potato chips $Click to see savings
      Preparation

      1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°. Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in chicken and next 5 ingredients until blended. Spoon cheese mixture into a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish.
      2. 2. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Spoon into a serving bowl. Garnish, if desired. Serve with tortilla and sweet potato chips

      Ingredients

      • 3/4 pound extra-lean ground beef $Click to see savings

      • 3/4 pound ground turkey $Click to see savings

      • 1 small onion, minced $Click to see savings

      • 1/4 cup egg substitute
      • 1/2 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs $Click to see savings

      • 3/4 cup ketchup
      • 1/3 cup white vinegar
      • 1/4 cup low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
      • 3 tablespoons sugar $Click to see savings

      • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
      Preparation

      1. Combine first 5 ingredients; shape mixture into 1-inch balls.
      2. Brown meatballs, in batches, in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Remove meatballs from skillet, and wipe skillet clean. Stir together ketchup and next 4 ingredients in skillet; bring to a boil.
      3. Add meatballs, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink.
