These cookies make the perfect pre-workout snack and are a good substitute for protein bars. Enjoy!

Preheat oven to 350°F
Ingredients
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup margarine (stick margarine) or I Cant believe it's not Butter
- 1 whole egg + 3.5 oz of egg whites
- 3 scoops of peanut butter chocolate protein powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups raw oats
- 2 cups whole oat flour
- 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup ground flax seed
- 1/2 cup Splenda
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/8 cup cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 ounces semi-sweet peanut butter chips
Preheat oven to 350°F
- Cover raisins with water and boil for 5 minutes.
- Drain and reserve 1/2 cup hot raisin liquid.
- Add baking soda to hot liquid and stir until dissolved.
- Place margarine in mixer bowl and add baking soda liquid.
- Mix until margarine is soft.
- Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
- Add ISOFLEX, oatmeal, flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt and blend.
- Fold in chocolate/peanut butter chips and cooled raisins.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
- Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes. Makes 32 cookies.
