Chicken meatsballs and tomato sauce.
combine ground chicken in a bowl with panko bread crumbs,2 egg whites and ramano cheese. eye ball the ingredients. heat a pan with evo and press in some fresh garlic. form your meatballs ( size to your liking) once the oil in the pan is hot brown your chicken balls all around. In another pan i use 14.5 oz redpack petite diced tomatoes and 3 8 oz cans of redpack tomato sauce. bring sauce to a lite boil an then turn down to a simmer. add meatballs after browning and simmer until sauce cooks down a bit. dont cover your sauce let it reduce down and thicken. i eat it just like this or with a side of veggies. also i dont add salt to this there is enuff sodium in the tomatoes and the cheese. enjoy Hardpr
