    Hey everyone!

    I’ve been thinking about getting more serious with fitness, but I’m a zumba for begginers at home bit overwhelmed with all the information out there. I’m not a total beginner, but I haven’t had a consistent https://www.medot-wines.com/en/exper.../wine-tastings routine in a while.

    I’d love to hear what works for you things like:
    • How to structure workouts (strength vs cardio vs flexibility)
    • How often you train each week
    • Nutrition tips that actually help with results
    • Motivation hacks to stick with it

    Also, if anyone has experience with home workouts vs gym routines, I’d love to know your thoughts.
