Just my thoughts but I am thinking there is a much bigger picture to that. Its like anything though, if the mind thinks it is helping it probably is
. Also the fact that things react different on different people. Immune system is so tricky. Here is a lil info I pulled up but there is a whole lot on this subject. In the end, its about being balanced which can seem like a goal that is hard to attain.
