  • carb ?

    i hear so many conflicting stories on protien and carbs.
    i always keep my protien up. but my question is i want to pack on some serious weight. if i up my carbs to as much as possible will i gain wieght or do i just need to take in as many calories as possible. so whats better for weight gain CARBS OR CALLORIES

    Both. I would get penty of carbs if you are bulking.

      I look better and perform better in the gym when eating plenty of carbs. the deal for me is not to eat a lot of fat when i'm eating carbs, and minimize the sugars.i like things simple. so, i always keep my fat low, and lots of carbs when gaining, manipulating them down when cuting. and always keeping protien up

          my very favorite is frosted flakes.....but oats and honey make more sense....

            If I up my carbs past 2g per pound i bloat bad, so i up my good fats, keeps cals up, helps insulin levels, and doesnt blaot me, actually makes me seem leaner the more fat i eat
