If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
So I went to my graston appt, but the Dr said that graston wasn't going to fix my issue he said without a doubt my proble is a nerve issue so we are going to work on getting that fixed. Now he did tell me once we get the nerve issue taken care of that the graston will work wonders for my shoulders. And lack of mobility. He laughed and said your as limber as a piece of angle iron.
I need to make an appt. there are just no providers close to me. my back is so messed up, feels like a bag of peas under my skin. so I bet it will help that aspect of my discomfort.
So what is your prognosis? stretching more?

He wants me to get my x rays that I have already have done so he can see. Then he has a table that will stretch me out and twist me at the same time to focus on that particular area. He told me the name if the table, and I can't remember the name. I have been to a lot of chiropractors in my life. And this guy seemed like he was from this century. Lol. He is also the person that performs the graston. He did show me real quick just on my forearm. It will be an expierience.
