AST Product/Creatine HSC

Has anyone tried AST's Creatine HSC??? Looking to get some in a couple of weeks.

Havent tried it, but creatine is creatine is creatine is creatine. If its creapure, monohydrate or micronized, its good and AST has good creatine.

I disagree with what you say about creatine being all the same.

I take it that you tried AST's Creatine HSC and liked it??

I know its not all the 'same' but there's no reason to pay $45 for 500grams of creapure when you can buy micronized for $15 per 1000 grams, get what Im saying?

I've taken AST creatine. I thought the lemon stuff tasted really good. It is kinda pricey though. I'd just go with your everyday creatine mono from prolab or something like that.
