    The protein we eat is broken down into amino acids to be used by the body.
    1: How much protein in used by the body for muscle building and hormones at each time?
    2: Do BCAA make the utilization better?
    3: Would certain amino acids taken indidual in small amounts help with muscle growth?

    Sorry if these questions seem basic to most of you all.

      BCAA is 4 aminos, iirc, linked together. Helps muscle to recover from training
      People take single aminos for different reasons. Argenine and Lysine-2 amino acids together before exercise and sleep has shown to increase growth hormone production by up to 700 percent.
      Glutamine is another amino important for muscle growth
