    Guys im gonna start my cycle soon and im gonna try and consume around 5000-6000 relatively clean calories. my question is that what if i ate all my carbs in the morning like before like 3 or 4 and ate pretty much high protein, high fat, low carb meals before bed. Gonna try and consume 500grams protein, 500 grams carbs. I wanna bulk as much as possible without gaining too much fat. Oh yeah my cycle is gonna be 500mg sust week. Stats 5'11 200pds, 12% bodyfat

    Too much proetin, 400g is plenty, i would lower carbs to and add more fat. I use your approach when bulking, I cut out carbs in my last two meals, and my pre-bed shake only has carbs from the skim milk and natty PB.

    How about
    400g protein
    400g carbs
    200g fat, yep 200g, mostly from good sources, avocados, olive oil, flax, peanuts, cashews, nut butters etc.
    I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
    I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul

      thanx alot bro, yeah i was thinking that 400g should be sufficient, ill cut the carbs out in my last 2 to 3 meals and then my shake before bed will also have carbs from skim milk. And yeah ill try eating 200g of fat i usually eat about 120-130 of good fats a day anyway

        im find myself much harder and leaner when i keep my carbsd in check and add fat

          i agree with pro, just make sure you dont over look those fats... they will really help your caloric intake for the day

              I think he'll put on too much fat. That's like 5000 calories and he only weights in at 200. I'd say cut the fat in half and see where it goes from there...
              The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

                      also depends on how he reacts to gear. Some guys metabolisms turn into furnaces when they are on, like myself.

                        i think i have a pretty fast metabolism, i eat around 4000-4500 clean calories now and i dont put on much fat so i just figured that i should take in around 5000-6000 cause of the AS.
