I loved my experiences with my chiro's, I've mainly gone to 2 of them
one was ART and he was awesome, my insurance didn't really cover it so it was $50 a visit, so I couldn't go to him for very long, I was seeing him once a week for a few months though
the other is my buddies dad and I only go when my trap muscles tighten up, usually each winter but this year my trap has been ok knock on wood
not a chiro but I go to a massage therapist whenever I feel I need to, I wish I had time or money to go more often but I usually go when my trap hurts, she gets that thing to loosen up super quickly
