  • Old school "muscle builders "

I remember back in the day...all these muscle builders like boron...colostrum...etc came out as new and exciting "magic pills" to make you jacked...or so the claims said.
I myself fell for some of these....anyone else take a supplant back in the day with such claims....?
    Post up if you have!

when I was younger I didn't have enough money for anything more than protein and creatine so I'm happy I didn't fall for a lot of that stuff, when I got back into the gym....I know remember a lot of preworkouts that were just junk, ECDY comes to mind as far as supplements I had high hopes for and bought into the hype....in fairness I only used 2 bottles and most ppl say to double and triple dose it for effects

DAA is a newer supplement but one that a lot of ppl praised and promised results....however when it came to gym results it was a dud...the only time I ever got positive results from daa other than pct was when I combined it with another test booster ingredient

Yes....pro hormones did actually work for me as well. I remember something like m1t or something like that I was taking and it really did work. Although when I stopped...so did the strength gains that I got. It seemed to be a lot of water weight...but it def worked better than the boron I took hahaha

Me too, and my friend had a job at GNC in college so I got discounts. I remember taking the animal packs, chromium picolinate, BCAAs, liquid yohimbe, and of course creatine. I'm sure I'm forgetting several but none of them worked except creatine which I still use now and then.

lol thats great, my list is a lot like yours. I got lucky though and was buying the Gaspari Halodrol 50s while they were still legit. Had no idea what they were. Needless to say I put on some size.

i orderd some stuff out of the back of a muscle mag. some of that "about to be illegal because it is so strong" stuff for 29.99 plus 6.95 S&H

it was more than useless and turned my pee super bright yellow.

I used bee pollen tabs. It wasn't a muscle builder but a good vitamin
