Re: arm going numb while sleeping
Many a times it is the way someone is sleeping. Maybe you need a new pillow? cause it is happening to both arms, I would think it is the position of your neck while sleeping. I have had to literally lift my arm with the other hand just to move it. It feels frickin wirdVeritas Vos Liberabit

It's is crazy even if I'm sleeping on my back with my arms down by my side I'll wake up in the middle of the night in pain. It sucks lolOriginally posted by BABY1 View PostMany a times it is the way someone is sleeping. Re: arm going numb while sleeping
Might have a pinched nerve?
I used to have a problem with my left quad where if I slept on my back or on my left side it would start to feel slightly numb then after a while would start to feel like a had a few hand warmers on it. Weirdest fucking thing ever. Of course I never got it checked and after about 5-6 months it stopped.

Re: arm going numb while sleeping
I stayed in a hotel this part weekend and the king size bed had 6 down pillows and I was all on top of them and still did it. Oh well just gotta man up or get a good massage lolOriginally posted by BABY1 View PostI am not on shit and it happens. I bought one of those expensive gel pillows and it actually helps my neck when sleeping

I hope it gets better for you? The right pillow can make a big difference. Pillows , on the flatter side, are better for meVeritas Vos Liberabit
