for some reason i always wake up in the middle of the night about to STARVE. i know i shouldnt eat but if i do would cottage cheese be OK i figured i will get discussed and quit eating .LOLfor real is cottage cheese a good choice just a liitle something maybe its a mental thing.i figured that would be better than the doughnuts ive been eating.NO MORE BULKING.I HAVE TO GET LEANER..THANKSthis board is a great place.

Why not have a lean protein shake next to the bed on ice that you can throw back when you wake up. That would work out best plus you wouldn't have to fully wake up to go downstairs and go to the kitchen.
does it matter if protein shake sits for a while before drinking it .does it break down.thanks for the tip ill have to try it.so manypeople say now your body cant absorb all that protein.alsodoesit matter CAESINor WHEY OR DOES IT MATTER !!

If you did want to have a shake just don't let it sit the whole night...if you usually go to sleep around 11pm and wake up around 2 or 3am you should be okay...any longer then that use a different method.
Question...if denaturing really was that fast then why would anyone be interested in the market of ready made protein shakes?
