    i'm now on 600 mg a/d with the 1ad and 200mg a/d on the 4ad

    STRENGHT is still way up about 300 pounds on the bench so 20 pound increase there at 1 rep max. Squat is at about 40 to 50 pound increase also at 1 rep max.

    WEIGHT i'm now at 197 so that is 11 pounds in 4 weeks and monday is my 5th week I'm puttin on about 2 1/2 pounds a week so if that stays that way i should gain at least 13 pounds in 5 weeks and i don't think that is bad at all for prohormones.

    SIDES nothin has changed since my 3rd week post but one thing i did notice is my temperment has changed now it seems little things seem to set me off but other than that really no problems.
    Still on b5 at 3g a/d so no acne everything seems to have worked out.

    POST CYCLE monday i start my trac creatine and then next monday i start in with 6oxo 3 pills at bed time and some flax went out and got some liquid flax so 2 or 3 table spoons of that.

    OVERALL my 1st experience with prohormones worked well with me but i ate right meaning high calories high protein and some what low carbs.Now the only thing left is see how much of the weight i keep and then i''ll say if it was worth the money,time and the amount of pills i had to take every day.BUT THE SHIT WORKED.
    PAIN IS WEAKNESS LEAVING THE BODY!

    i want to know if you were eating that high before hand, or if this is an increase in your diet a result of the prohormone cycle.

    over all not bad.

    i'm surprised you are saying in 3rd week you are still having problems with being set off. i found that my first few days only were like that, being an adjustment to having the higher levels in my body. same thing when i started tren, first few days i was edgy but after that i've been in a better then normal mood and it takes less to set me off. <shrug>

    are you seeing any water weight retention? (puffyness) if so, when you stop and you see that go away, possibly not all the gains were muscle.. lemme know

      Yeah, did you see an increase in bf%, water weight, or do you think that it is all muscle?

        to be honest i wasn't sure if it was water weight at first but this weekend sunday and monday i got sick and was pukin all day sunday now on tuesday goin back to the gym and gonna weigh myself but i did notice that i slimmed down some meaning not so puffy still muscle tone tho. After all that throin up probally lost at least 3 or 4 pounds and set myself back but we will see today.
        So in the end i do think there was some water weight there givin me some extra weight.
