    I have blended it before, i would do it with your favorite type of tea it makes a nice drink

      I like to stop by a juice shop that cuts, blends it fresh and you take it like shooting a shot of whiskey followed by an orange slice. I love wheat grass!

        I dont get the straight grass but I do take a scoop of green powder in water every day
