    Hi ,

    Regarding nutrition pre and post workout, I would like to hear what you guys actually take/eat/use yourselves (including timing etc) and other opinions from the more advanced and experienced bodybuilders on here.

    1 hour before,some protein with some complex carbs

    During,an amino acid complex with glutamine

    After,A dextrose-maltodextrin combo with some whey protein

    45 min-1hour later,A whole meal of protein,complex carbs,good fats.

      2 hours before, mixed meal of complex carbs, protein and fat. (Oatmeal, Natty PB, chicken breast for ex.) After, malodextrin/whey isolate shake.
      I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
