Aighttttt im back from last year and I started diet and gym a few days ago, im doing ECA once again, but I want to go on it all day,instead of once a day...... I do 25mg of Ephadrine, 200mg of Cafine and an asprin, ANYONE know how to take this shit all day to help me lose some inches off my waste???Comment
