Are there any supps that will hel plower blood pressure? My blood pressure is fine, but when I go on juice it goes up like crazy. I would go to the doc, but I know he will just say "stop juicin, duh." Anyway, i have access to some prescription medicine, but I don't want to mess around with it. Help me out if you can thanks.

i have the same problem. heart disease, hbp, and high cholesterol run in my family so i modify my nutrition.
for BP - Solaray Hawthorne berry extract, Solaray Circulation herbal formula SP-11B (cheap, can get at any health food store)
also, selenium, Vit E, CoQ10, Solaray Cholesterol formula SP-31 and Liver formula SP-13
