    What's the best time to take vitamins?? Morning, nighttime?? Ive heard both and Ive heard it doesnt matter.

      i just take one in the morning. what is the benifit of one post work out. and i wouldnt do that with vitamins with iron.

        Its obvious why one would be idea post workout, and why not with iron? I dont think 2 multi's combined with a bulking diet is going to kill you.

          I would agree with the post workout vit, cept I have been thinking lately and usually my postworkout meal is extremely lowfat and fat is necassary for the absorption of many of the vit's. Oh well I'm taking like 10000 times the rda anyway, I'm sure I'm good to go. I actually take them at different times usually.

          Most men have more than enough iron, women usually include iron cuz they have that one monthly problem.

              Depends how much and what kinds. Some water soluble vitamins can be taken several times a day as it only stays in the body a short time. Others should be taken with meals that have some fat in them as some vitamins are fat soluble. I take them whenever I just make sure to take them.
              Being defeated is sometimes only a temporary condition. Giving up, makes it permanent......
