I love peanut butter as a snack it has a lot of protein but is loaded with fat. Is there a cheap alternative out there

I never worry about the fat in nut butters. these are the good fats that our bodies need. I do by natural butters though where only the ingredients are peanuts...so there are no added sugars. If it is worked into your daily caloric intake, I wouldn't worry about it. My Oatmeal does offer the dehydrated powder peanut butter and it is VERY good and comes in flavors to. It's not cheaper price wise... But power butter is really good! Also you can find organic stores like whole foods or earth care and make your own. I like this option as you can blend different kinds like peanut almond macadamia whatever you want.There is no hunting like the hunting of man, and those who have hunted armed men long enough and liked it, never care for anything else thereafter.Comment

I have an vitamix apparent you can make.Pb straight from the peanuts. Buy organic and u know what's in it exactly just nuts.
