    it also tenderizes the chicken quite abit make eating them much more enjoyable.. also sucks up more of your flavors you add to it

      Wow, I learn something new all the time here. ..I have had a thousand or more chicken breasts from a george foreman grill, yes, very boring, I just never thought about smashing it flat to cook better. Might have to try that.

        you can pick a meat hammer up at target pretty cheap. I tend to use the sharp end rather than the flat.
