    Is that bad for cutting eating like 1/4 pound sirloin steak (lean) once a day for getting ripped??

    No, lean steak and chicken breast have nearly the same amount of fat in them. Steak has creatine in it, as well as metabolism stoking CLA.

      I enjoy eating lean steak and extra lean ground beef right up to the day of the show, and on the day of the show, too.
      Chicken and tuna, although great protein sources, simply cannot quite match beef and eggs.

        damn straight. be honest about how lean it is, trim all visible fat, and eat it.

            Why would I reconsider my goals....they are my goals! no?....I am into bb not to get huge I wana look good [looking good to me means. medium size like 175-180lbs 9-10%bf]

            I can see where you may be comming from regarding my diet and I do agree that I must alter it a bit to meet certain req...however their is a lot of different opinions regarding what is a good cutting diet and why...Me personally don't belive in no carb diets....lower carb diet with high protien and moderate fat is what I feel will work best for me in the long run...not do a cycle then gain 10%bf over the winter.....

            Anyways thx for your concern and as I have mentioned many times my cycle starts [tommorow] Wed April 23 and I will post a cycle journal with stats doses [not really the diet unless someone is curions] and hopefully pics ...... and you guys can have your opinions on my results.

              Yep,
              You have an ideal body image, as do I. No persons goals are the same. I wouldnt use steroids if your trying to reach your goals. But, I hate to see a good base liek yours be wasted. You could look more like Stan McQuay than Brad Pitt, if you dieted and cycled right. Ive seen you rpics you got potential. A lean 215 is only a few years away. It took me 7 years to go from 140-240.

                Steak on a cut=good. I say dont worry about the fat just make sure your cals are in order.

                    Sirloin, Eye of Round, Top Round, Bottom Round are all good cuts, regional nicknames may be put on them though.

                        I lost 29 pounds in 12 weeks on a cut where I was eating at times 3 #'s of steak a day. Cab eye, or eye round, is almost as lean as chicken breast! It has 4g/fat per serving and chix breast has 3g/ serving and their respective levels of saturated fat are nearly identical! Can you tell I love the stuff! That, some potatoes and my George Forman grill and I am good to go!
