  • Breakfast!!

    Damn, i'm getttin so sick of eggs in the morning! I've been eating the same or similar breakfast for close to a year now! Let me know what YOU bro's eat to help me!

    My breakfast was usually:

    3 Whole eggs
    7 Egg Whites

    2-3 Peices Whole Wheat Toast
    1-2 TLB natty Peanut Butter

    Glass of OJ or Water.

        My breafast is usually:
        3/4 cup uncooked oatmeal
        1 TB Natty PB
        1 scoop of Optimum vanilla after cooking, and splenda and cinammon to taste
        2 whole eggs 2 whites
        4 oz of sirloin thrown in the scrambled eggs
        w/ salsa used liberally
        I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
        I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul

          pizza and beer. both room temperature, left out overnight, with a cigarette butt in it.
