I like to leave things in the hands of the professionals. With my luck I'll roll shit further out of place. I'll have to look into a sports med place in my area though, this sounds like something that could be very beneficial. I have been training for just shy of 10 years now, and have not once had one of these sports massages.
It is tolerable, I am sure you have been through worse, lol. I renetly posted and exceelnt book I have on all of this. It is my go to when I hurt and I highly recommend it.

well nothings wrong with taking a day or to off to recover if that's what you feel your body needs. the pain sucks but nothing you cant deal with trust me you can have them stop at any time but you let it continue cause you know its for a reason. the next day feels like you where sparing with some one the day before that's the best way to say it. I took the day off to really see how the shoulder take to things, I would rather not put any weight to it yet

day two a little thing I noticed was my shoulders and arms aren't falling asleep at night. I usually wake up at night with that tingle feeling and have to reposition but the last two nights if I didn't have to wake up to pee I would of slept all night.
