What's everyone using? I just get a vitamin shoppe brand but was wondering if I need to step up my game. Seems this is one of the best things you should be taking supplement wise...

if vitamin shoppe does carry this do THEY keep it refrigerated? i believe in the topic of probiotics its important to keep the bacteria refrigerated.

Not sure but they do with some. I get mine delivered and it comes packed in dry ice
