I use lisinopril for my high blood pressure. So far its controlled , except for those rare occassions I want to kill my ex for pissing me off lol.

fuzos is runnin about 180/100 and a lil hiher at times. Funny cause I am the opposite at 95/60

Damn, I guess thats kinda high...Hopefully its just temporary.ya hawthorne berries, horsechestnut are some natural blood pressure things I take if I feel weird. I dont know, its worth a try. Hope you dont have to take anything for it. I rarely check my bp, probably would freak me out too much if it was high lol.
Do you feel ok? Like do you feel like your bp is high? I wonder if some people just have naturally high blood pressure and maybe its normal for them..I dunno. I suppose stresss can do things to our blood pressure..hope to god everything stays healthy

I had a friend that had a small heart attack that had been blowing off the fact his was high. It alsmost cost him so don't just let it go. If it doesn't get better see a DR. I never knew that potassium was good for bp. I'm going to pick some up and see how it works. High BP was part off the reason I came off. Anyway, GOOD LUCK.

It is only good to supp with potassium if indeed needed. A potassium level that is to high can also cause heart problems as well as other things. Before supplementing with such, it is really a good idea to get some simple blood work to see if your electrolytes(like potassium) are out of the normal range.

I think the cause of Fuzos bp is just a side effect/symptom from other things, such as the sleep apnea. Whatever the case may be, he should get on some bp meds but if it were me, I would try to find and eliminate the root cause. This is me though. You can lead a horse to water but you cant make him drink it,lol.

sleep apnea causes rbc to elevate and can cause high blood pressure. you're body is starving for oxygen so it starts making more rbc's to compensate. I have it and have a cpap. I didn't realize how shitty I was sleeping until I got my machine.
My blood pressure gets a little out of whack when im on tren. 20mg of Cialis a day brings it check and I have a boner on demand. win win.
