Juice fruits and vegetables.
I know sugar can be an issue but I was looking at adding in a single juice per day. Nothing diet related like the fad juice diets, just a single 12-16 oz juice.
Benefits to the bodybuilder or power lifter types?

I used to drink a single serving of Welch's grape juice every day, but cut it out do to my during constraints. Some drink juice with creatine to get more creatine to the muscle. Sometimes I may drink a V8 if I need to add the vegetable.
I guess my question is, what do you hope to gain by adding the juice?

I have both a jack lalane juicer and a vitamix. both juice . I don't use either all that often but I do notice a change in my sleep when I have one before bed. seems I sleep sounder I guess.
carrots spinach beets and and apple makes about about 16oz and a big ass mess to clean. I like kale too the thing when adding leafy veggies the vitamix works best but I like all other stuff in the lalane . im picky I suppose. as far as sugars not a clue and I never worried about them

My after training shake is 8oz Trop 50 orange juice with 8oz ff milk, creatine and 2 scoops protein powder. I drink this almost daily and have for years whether I'm cutting or bulking.

I did yesterday and had the rest this morning, I believe you miss out on a lot of the fiber though. Sure do notice the difference after drinking a glass I feel really uplifted for sure. My friends who don't juice notice the same thing.
Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.

I have juiced enough to fill a gallon jug for the fridge. you got to drink it with in about 5 days then you can start to notice a difference in taste. not sure what it is exactly and it stains your container pretty good to so using a old jug that you can toss makes no clean up.

Nope, I use the pulp in other dishes. Made a whole wheat "pulp" bread today.
